Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with partners and team members on complex capital markets matters
Support clients across technology, consumer/retail, and life sciences sectors
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in capital markets and public securities matters
Background at a national or international law firm
Strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school
Juris Doctor (JD) from a nationally recognized law school
Admission to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
Excellent client management, communication, and analytical skills
