What You’ll Do
Answer and direct a high volume of incoming calls (80+ daily) on a multi-line switchboard
Schedule appointments and follow-ups accurately and efficiently
Enter and update patient demographics and insurance information in Epic
Create and manage patient cases and referral entries
Verify insurance eligibility and referral requirements
Work referral work queues and index documentation in OnBase and Epic
Provide clear directions, declare calls, and guide patients as needed
Collaborate with colleagues across departments in a fast-paced environment
Deliver an exceptional patient experience with professionalism and empathy
Support additional tasks and projects as assigned by the Call Center Manager

What You’ll Need

2+ years of experience in a medical office or call center (preferred)
Working knowledge of Epic (strongly preferred)
Familiarity with medical terminology (preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong time management and multitasking abilities
Discretion, professionalism, and a team-first mindset
