About The Role We are looking for motivated individuals to join us as full‑time Furniture Sales Professionals. You will receive comprehensive training and hands‑on support to help you succeed and build a rewarding career.
Responsibilities
Warmly greet customers and engage in conversation about their wants and needs.
Help the customer create an amazing room to enjoy with their family and friends.
Explain financing options and answer any questions the customer has about payment plans.
Close the sale and ensure the customer is satisfied with their purchase.
Invite the customer to return and maintain ongoing communication.
Operate with honesty and demonstrate integrity in every step of the sales process.
Follow up with the customer to ensure they love their purchase.
Qualifications
Previous sales or customer‑service experience, but not required.
Passion for doing a great job and earning a good income.
Desire to control your earning potential.
Career‑focused mindset.
Outgoing personality and ability to have fun.
Confidence and willingness to learn through our training program.
Commitment to helping customers with utmost integrity.
Computer literacy.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to walk or stand for long periods.
Ability to work every weekend.
Bilingual preferred.
