Shift Pattern Full open availability (holidays and weekends required) between 7am - 11:30pm.
Pay Rate $18.00 per hour plus incentives.

Responsibilities
Greet guests and complete registration process, including inputting/retrieving information, confirming guest details and room rates, selecting rooms, coding electronic keys, promoting Hilton marketing programs, providing a welcome packet, and ensuring guests know room location or a bell person accompanies them.
Assist guests with check‑out, ensuring rooms and services are accurately accounted for, using point‑of‑sale system, handling money, processing credit/debit cards, accepting various payment forms, converting foreign currency, making change and processing gift certificates.
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of hotel information—room categories, rates, packages, promotions, local area, general product knowledge—answering guest questions and inquiries.
Use up‑selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities to maximize room occupancy.
Respond to guest inquiries and requests, resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
Field guest complaints, conduct research and resolve/negotiates solutions for guest satisfaction.
Receive, input, retrieve and relay messages to guests.
Qualifications
Previous hotel front desk experience (hospitality and customer service).
Flexibility and openness with availability.
