Schedule Requirements
Minimum of 4 shifts per month (contractual requirement)
Additional shifts are often available
What You'll Do Responsibilities
Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
Implement and evaluate nursing interventions
Educate patients on treatment, coping skills, and wellness
Supervise and delegate tasks to support staff
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic, high‑quality care
