Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized care plans
Implementing and evaluating nursing interventions
Educating patients on treatment, coping skills, and wellness
Supervising and delegating tasks to support staff
Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic, high-quality care
