Monday–Friday, standard business hours About the Role We’re looking for a proactive and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team onsite in Princeton. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, delivering exceptional service, and working in a collaborative office environment. You’ll handle inbound inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support to ensure a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally. Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues, escalating when necessary. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems. Process orders, returns, and adjustments with attention to detail. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, logistics) to ensure timely resolutions. Provide product/service information and guide customers through processes. Uphold company standards for quality and compliance in all interactions. Qualifications Experience:

1–2+ years in a customer service or call center environment. Skills:

Strong communication (verbal and written), active listening, and problem‑solving abilities. Tech:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems preferred. Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework a plus. Ability to work onsite daily in Princeton, NJ.
