We’re seeking a
Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish/English)

Location:
Salem, NH
Schedule:
Tuesday‑Saturday, 10:00 AM‑6:30 PM
Pay:
$21.92/hr + Bonus Opportunities
What You’ll Do
Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and accuracy.
Assist customers with account inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
Document interactions and update account information in the system.
Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals.
What We’re Looking For
Fluent in Spanish & English
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to type at least 35 WPM.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Must pass background check.
