About The Role We are seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to join our dedicated inpatient team. In this role, you will work closely with Registered Nurses to support patient care and help maintain a safe, therapeutic environment.
What You'll Do
Assist RNs with patient care and activities of daily living
Participate in shift rounds and contribute to treatment planning
Support crisis intervention efforts and gather essential patient information
Lead or assist with therapeutic groups and activities as assigned
Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment for patients
Follow all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
