Manage high volumes of inquiries from sales and implementation teams via phone and email
Collaborate cross‑functionally to address client inquiries on plan design and product support
Identify common issues and trends to drive process improvements
Service a geographically diverse client base in a fast‑paced startup environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
5+ years of experience in a client‑facing role such as customer support or account management
Prior Defined Contribution industry experience required
QKA or similar industry designation required
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Exceptional communication skills, including professionalism and empathy
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience in a fast‑paced growth environment
Located in the Pacific Time Zone
