$120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr COMPANY: Investment Firm POSITION: Executive Personal Assistant LOCATION: New York, NY HOURS: 9:00AM-5:00PM (in office Monday-Friday) COMPENSATION: $120-150K DOE + Discretionary Bonus + Benefits BACHELOR'S DEGREE: Preferred but not required Our client, a boutique investment firm, is seeking an Executive Personal Assistant to assist a small office. This person will provide executive-level support to two senior members of the team, in addition to office management and light personal duties. The right candidate will have previous EA experience out of a fast-paced office, be hungry to learn, and have a "no task too small" mentality. Responsibilities of the Executive Personal Assistant
Provide administrative support to two members of the senior team with travel, calendar management, ad hoc projects, etc. Light personal duties i.e. medical reimbursements, travel, etc. Manage the conference room calendars. Assist with the setup and breakdown of meetings. Answer the phones, transfer calls, and take messages, as needed. Order daily lunches, catering for meetings, etc. Order office and kitchen supplies. Prepare T&E reports for expense reimbursement, including organizing invoices/receipts. Assist with reception responsibilities on an as needed basis, including but not limited to: answering phones, greeting guests, notifying team members of guest arrival, distributing mail and packages, etc. Ad hoc projects (e.g., event planning, conference logistics, calendar management, etc.) on an as needed basis. Requirements of the Executive Personal Assistant
Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required. 3-5 years professional experience. Strong Microsoft Office skills are a must. Experience interacting with high-level guests with poise, grace, and an outgoing personality. Extremely high attention to detail in all aspects. Punctual, reliable, and quick-thinking with problem-solving skills. Seniority level
