Senior Sales Associate
Join Kate Spade New York as a Senior Sales Associate where you will deliver a premium customer experience and drive sales growth in a luxury retail environment.
Primary Purpose The successful individual will leverage their retail proficiency to achieve sales goals, deepen product expertise, and elevate the overall brand experience for guests.
Responsibilities
Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to team performance.
Develop strong product knowledge across all categories.
Deliver exemplary customer service and build personal connections with guests.
Partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to foster a high‑performing selling culture.
Initiate and support business‑driving events within the store.
Communicate the Kate Spade New York brand aesthetic and lifestyle to customers and the sales team.
Act as a brand ambassador, building and nurturing client relationships.
Relay client feedback to management to enhance service and sales.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures with honesty and integrity.
Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures, including counting register funds, completing bank deposits, and securing the facility.
Maintain the overall operational excellence of the store.
Qualifications
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
Strong communication skills and a polished personal style.
Proven ability to contribute to an elevated selling culture.
Physical Requirements
Available to work a store schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Standing for extended periods of time.
Ability to safely lift boxes up to 50 pounds.
Comfortable climbing ladders.
Compensation BASE PAY RANGE:
$15.00
TO
$17.00
Hourly
