Job Title
PRN RN Inpatient Facility – AuthoraCare Collective
Locations Hospice facility in Greensboro (Beacon Place) or in Burlington (Hospice Home).
Job Summary Assess and identify patient/caregiver problems, establish care goals and implement interventions. Work with attending physician to develop and execute a medical plan of care. Maintain a therapeutic relationship with patients and caregivers, providing emotional support and teaching.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with interdisciplinary team members and communicate effectively verbally and in writing with team, patients, caregivers, physicians, pharmacists, and community service organizations.
Requirements
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
Currently licensed as an RN in North Carolina and in good standing with NCBON.
One year of experience (two years preferred) in an acute or home health setting.
CPR certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS).
Valid state‑issued driver's license; must maintain automobile liability insurance at limits required by agency and have own transportation.
