Enterprise Business Development Representative - Central The Role

As a BDR, you’ll play a key role in identifying high-quality opportunities through research and outreach, generating a strong pipeline, and ensuring only the most qualified leads move forward. What You’ll Do

Identify and qualify high-value prospects with a true hunter mindset.

Consistently meet or exceed meeting and pipeline generation quotas.

Communicate complex, technical solutions to sophisticated buyers.

Collaborate effectively across teams and partner channels to ensure seamless handoffs and alignment.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

0–1 year of experience as a Sales or Business Development Representative, or relevant internship experience.

Strong collaboration skills, particularly in a distributed or remote sales environment. Ability to uncover customer pain points and connect solutions to business value.

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Driven, competitive, and team-oriented mindset.

The territory for this role is the Central region of the United States. The salary range for this role is between $59,500 - $65,000 base & $85,000 - $95,000 OTE.
