Recruiting and Engagement Coordinator
Position: Recruiting and Engagement Coordinator
Company: Big Girl Ventures Company (BGVC) d.b.a. Home Instead
Location: Peachtree City, GA
Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 annually with performance incentives (bonus eligible)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with emergency after‑hours on‑call as needed
About the Job
Home Instead is looking for a caring, persuasive, and driven individual to join our team as Recruiting and Engagement Coordinator and support our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults in our community. Home Instead provides a variety of non‑medical services that allow seniors to remain in their homes while meeting the challenges of aging with dignity, care, and compassion.
The Recruiting and Engagement Coordinator will recruit, screen, hire, and onboard Care Professionals to provide the highest quality service to clients and will develop and maintain a workplace culture that retains quality Care Pros.
Primary Responsibilities
Answer each employment inquiry in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner.
Develop and implement new recruitment strategies online and within the community.
Manage recruitment ads and post positions as necessary.
Check in frequently with leads within the applicant tracking system.
Schedule and conduct applicant interviews efficiently and professionally.
Conduct reference checks, criminal background and motor vehicle checks, and drug screens on all Care Pros following Home Instead Standards.
Create and maintain employment records including I‑9, W‑4, and other required documents.
Schedule and conduct Care Pro orientation and all required training, including Home Instead® Standards training.
Monitor, mediate, and log all client and Care Pro activity using the software system.
Evaluate and update orientation and training materials as needed.
Demonstrate open and effective communication with the franchise owner, colleagues, Care Pros, clients, and family members.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes and ensure they are communicated and implemented within the team.
Schedule and conduct Care Pro annual reviews and supervision, including performance conversations, accountability, and problem resolution.
Develop engagement strategies that utilize the 5 Care Pro needs to promote retention and satisfaction.
Monitor compliance with local and federal labor and safety laws, including EOE, ADA, FMLA, and OSHA.
Maintain regular attendance at the office to execute job responsibilities.
Secondary Responsibilities
Conduct client/Care Pro introductions as needed.
Answer the office phone as necessary.
Perform all other functions deemed necessary.
Education/Experience Requirements
High school graduation or equivalent.
One year of related business experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered.
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position will oversee all functions performed by the Care Pro staff.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Understand and uphold policies and procedures established by BGVC and Home Instead.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to listen effectively.
Work independently, maintain confidentiality, and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of the senior care industry.
Organize and prioritize daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly work.
Establish good working relationships with the franchise owner, office colleagues, Care Pros, and the community.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Operate office equipment and HISC technology systems.
Patient and congenial on the telephone.
Computer skills; proficient in Excel and Word.
Availability to work evenings or weekends as required.
Perform duties in a professional office setting.
Work as part of a team.
Excellent organization skills.
