What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Execute scheduled and ad-hoc cycle counts, pick-path verifications, and bin audits to ensure inventory data reliability
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and lost/found bin issues through root‑cause analysis
Research, reconcile, and process exception orders and receipts using the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Collect and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive process improvements and mitigate risk
Mentor team members on WMS best practices and partner with cross‑functional teams to implement scalable solutions
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a transaction‑intensive warehouse or distribution center environment using WMS/inventory‑management systems
Proficient in operating material‑handling equipment such as forklifts and RF scanners
Strong analytical skills with the ability to sort numerical data and recognize trends
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for issue escalation and collaboration
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or relevant certification preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in leadership or coaching roles, particularly in training peers and guiding process improvements
Familiarity with Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies
Ability to adapt to changing workloads and work in a fast‑paced environment
