What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Execute scheduled and ad‑hoc cycle counts, pick‑path verifications, and bin audits to ensure inventory accuracy
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and lost/found bin issues
Collect and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive process improvements
Mentor team members on WMS best practices and inventory controls
Identify opportunities for process optimization and support continuous improvement initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment using WMS/inventory‑management systems
Proficient in operating material‑handling equipment such as forklifts and RF scanners
Strong analytical skills with the ability to sort numerical data and recognize trends
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or relevant certification preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with Lean initiatives or Kaizen events
Certification in inventory management (e.g., CPIM, Six Sigma)
Previous leadership or coaching experience in a warehouse setting
Familiarity with advanced data analysis tools or software
Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and quality benchmarks
