Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our large banking institution. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, manage administrative tasks, and ensure smooth daily operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency with office management tools. Bilingual skills are a plus to assist a diverse client base. Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing exceptional customer service at all times
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally
- Handle appointment scheduling, calendar management, and follow-up communications
- Maintain accurate data entry and filing systems for client records and documents
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and other office software for administrative tasks
- Perform clerical duties such as proofreading, document preparation, and correspondence management
- Support office management activities including inventory control, supply ordering, and record keeping
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks and basic financial record maintenance as needed
- Ensure the reception area remains organized, clean, and welcoming
- Provide support with medical or dental receptionist duties if applicable
Skills
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles, preferably in banking or financial services
- Strong computer literacy including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry tools
- Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems
- Bilingual abilities to serve a diverse clientele effectively (Spanish or other languages) preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in proofreading and data entry
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping software is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of calendar management and personal assistant responsibilities is beneficial
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines

Pay: $ $25.00 per hour
