The Clinical Director will be part of a talented multidisciplinary team working together to expand much needed residential behavioral mental health and substance abuse services for teen male youths. This position supervises four Therapeutic Managers within the department. Responsibilities
Supervise and lead four Therapeutic Managers and multidisciplinary clinical staff. Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical programs and policies to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards. Provide clinical oversight and mentorship to staff, fostering a culture of evidence‑based practice and continuous improvement. Collaborate with hospital, community, and family resources to create a comprehensive continuum of care for teen male youths. Manage multiple projects, priorities, and resources in a high pressure, rapidly changing environment. Qualifications
Master’s degree in social work or human services. Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D. or Ph.D.) preferred. Current State licensure – LCSW, LMFT, or LPC along with CACIII preferred. Five years of clinical and administrative experience in a hospital or residential setting preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple people and projects. Flexible and able to handle multiple priorities, with the ability to adjust to high pressure and rapidly changing business conditions. Apply
