We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis (30 hours per week, Monday–Friday). The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide essential administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. Responsibilities include general office duties, maintaining records, handling office supplies, assisting with various projects, and delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. This is an on-site position in our Holland, Ohio office.
Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support
Coordinate, maintain and manage schedules, including coordinating meetings and appointments
Arrange travel logistics, including flights, accommodations and transportation
Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, answering phone calls, and greeting visitors
Maintain files, records, and documents
Manage office supplies and pantry items
Assist with various projects or tasks as needed
Handle sensitive information confidentially and with discretion
Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Monitor and route AP email, batch invoices, and monthly statements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth office operations
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proven experience in an administrative support role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organization and time management abilities
Prioritization skills and deadline management
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
