Job Overview
Immediate Building Service Worker Shift I, 4 hrs/12 mos, Ashburton Elementary School, part‑time evening. MIT hours $20.00-$24.84. Responsibilities
Perform building cleaning, facilities, and grounds maintenance in schools. Use cleaning tools and chemicals and operate custodial and grounds care equipment. Monitors building spaces and grounds to ensure a safe environment. Respond to emergency situations and report to buildings during inclement weather. Perform manual labor including moving furniture, lifting up to 50 lbs., and heavy work. Work required overtime or night work as necessary. Qualifications
Completion of the ninth grade required. High School or GED diploma preferred. Experience in general building and grounds cleaning. Basic knowledge of emergency facility response procedures. Ability to learn and follow instructions, communicate with customers. Ability to use cleaning supplies and equipment safely. Must possess a current working telephone number. Job Specific Information
