Pay Range : $46.60/hr - $49.45/hr Job Summary
Vivian Concierge is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN for the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) at Medical City Arlington. The role involves night shift duties with rotating weekends, providing high‑quality, patient‑centered care and coordinating nursing services within the unit. Key Responsibilities
Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high quality care. Participate in the ongoing assessment of patient care quality in collaboration with management. Collaborate with subject matter experts and managers to create teamwork supporting improved outcomes. Support patient‑first philosophy and engage in service recovery when necessary. Implement current nursing strategies including employee rounding, hourly rounds, and other initiatives. Provide recommendations for interviewing, selecting, training new staff, and implementing courses of action for performance management. Assist with staff scheduling and manage staffing labor in accordance with patient care needs. Support inventory control and manage supplies and equipment. Qualifications
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification obtained within 60 months of employment start date. Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification obtained within 30 days of employment start date. Registered Nurse license. Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing obtained within 1 year of employment start date. Minimum 2 years of Critical Care experience preferred; 2 years in PCCU preferred. Benefits
