Responsibilities
Lead shifts every week, ensuring a fast, accurate, friendly customer experience.
Provide leadership to crew and other managers during the shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.
Plan each shift, monitor performance, take action to meet McDonald's standards, monitor safety and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager.
Meet shift targets and help assigned departments meet their goals.

Requirements
Shift Managers with previous McDonald's management experience and availability for opening and/or closing shifts receive up to $18/hour.
Shift Managers with limited availability receive up to $17/hour.
Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
Must be 18 years or older.
Flexible schedule and positive team‑player mindset.
