The Opportunity

We seek a driven, entrepreneurial Recruiter/Staffing Consultant to join our growing team. This is a full‑desk role—you’ll own the entire recruiting lifecycle, from business development to candidate placement. What You’ll Do

• Build and manage your own book of business within our multiple verticals/offerings
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling and consistent follow‑up
• Source, screen, and interview top‑tier candidates for contract, temp‑to‑perm, and direct hire roles
• Match candidates with opportunities that align with their skills and career goals
• Negotiate offers and close placements with confidence and integrity
• Collaborate with a supportive team while enjoying the autonomy of remote work

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or Administration
• Proven success running a full desk (business development + recruiting)
• Strong understanding of the roles we work with daily
• Self‑starter mentality with a passion for entrepreneurship and growth
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship‑building skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
