Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. $250,000.00/yr - $400,000.00/yr Our client, a leading, technology-focused firm is seeking a Recruiting Operations Lead to join its global talent acquisition team. This role sits at the center of recruiting strategy and execution, partnering closely with recruiters, hiring leaders, and interviewers to deliver a seamless, high-touch candidate experience at scale. This is an opportunity for a strategic, hands‑on leader who enjoys building efficient systems, leading teams, and improving how great talent is hired in a fast‑paced environment. What You’ll Do Lead and develop a team responsible for recruiting coordination and operational excellence Partner with senior recruiting leadership to design, document, and optimize end-to-end hiring workflows Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance speed, quality, and candidate experience Oversee complex interview scheduling and ensure a polished, high‑quality experience for candidates and interviewers Own recruiting tools and systems, including implementation, training, and ongoing optimization Maintain strong data integrity and collaborate on dashboards and reporting to track recruiting performance Manage recruiting programs such as referrals, interviewer training, and strategic hiring initiatives Drive cross‑functional projects related to process rollouts, documentation, and new technology adoption What We’re Looking For 10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years leading recruiting operations or a related function In‑house recruiting experience strongly preferred Proven success improving processes, scaling operations, and leveraging recruiting technology Hands‑on experience with applicant tracking systems, scheduling tools, and recruiting CRMs Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities Seniority Level Director Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Human Resources Benefits include: Medical insurance, Vision insurance, 401(k). #J-18808-Ljbffr
