Key Responsibilities
Manage customer inquiries concerning online services, including account access, billing questions, and service features via phone, email, and live chat in German
Provide clear and helpful information to customers about our online products and services
Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and guide them through the resolution process
Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for tracking and follow-up purposes
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer feedback and issues are addressed promptly
Stay updated on the latest trends and features in online services to provide the best possible support
Requirements
Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous
Previous experience in customer service, particularly in online services or technology, is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and provide clear guidance to customers
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in using customer service software and CRM systems
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed
