Responsibilities

Achieve individual sales goals.

Develop strong product knowledge across all categories.

Deliver exemplary customer service and provide the ultimate Kate Spade experience.

Build a personal connection with guests through effective selling skills.

Partner with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate selling culture.

Initiate business‑driving events in store.

Communicate the Kate Spade New York brand aesthetic, philosophy, and lifestyle to the sales team and customers.

Build strong relationships with clients as a brand ambassador.

Communicate client feedback to Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate client service and sales.

Adhere to company policies and procedures with honesty and integrity.

Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures, including counting register funds, completing bank deposits, and securing the facility.

Exhibit strong communication skills.

Contribute to an elevated selling culture.

Maintain an elevated sense of personal style.

Qualifications

Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

Physical Requirements

Availability to work a store schedule, as needed, including evenings and weekends.

Standing for extended periods of time.

Ability to safely lift boxes up to 50 pounds.

Comfortable climbing ladders.
