Staff Registered Nurse PCU – Progressive Care Unit

$23.31 /hr – $44.51 /hr .
Responsibilities:
Play a crucial role in improving community health as a member of the 30-bed PCU team with a 1:4 nurse‑to‑patient ratio.
Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care and enhance clinical outcomes.
Advocate for the physical and emotional well‑being of patients.
Qualifications:
Current Arizona RN license (or Compact State RN) required on hire.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school; an associate’s degree is required.
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required on hire (BCLS not required after ACLS).
Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 60 days of hire.
PALS and TNCC certifications required within 6 months of hire.
Moderate Sedation certification within 30 days of hire and annually thereafter.
EKG Course and NIHSS Stroke certification within 30 days of hire and thereafter.
Minimum one year of Med/Surg/Telemetry experience.
