RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of cutters and sewers to meet daily and weekly production goals.
Create and reinforce a positive, collaborative workplace culture aligned with company values.
Assign and prioritize workloads to maximize productivity, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
Train, mentor, and support both new and experienced team members to ensure skill development and consistent work quality.
Monitor all products for adherence to quality standards and address issues promptly.
Track job progress and update work status throughout the day to maintain accurate visibility of production flow.
Serve as the onsite fabrication expert, providing technical guidance when complex projects arise.
Step in as needed to support production tasks, troubleshoot issues, or assist with high-volume workloads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)-required.
Proven proficiency in manual-feed industrial sewing and related fabrication processes.
Previous leadership experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably within industrial sewing.
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and perform hands‑on fabrication work as needed.
Strong commitment to following and enforcing all safety policies and procedures.
Demonstrated ability to uphold and model the company’s core values.
