3–4 years in a high-volume, seafood-forward kitchen Proven leadership in fast-paced environments ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain) Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays Strong communication and team-building skills Bonus points for
Executive chef or multi-unit kitchen management experience Culinary degree or formal training Expertise in cost control, ordering, and vendor relationships Compensation & Benefits
