is a fast‑paced front‑desk position that requires warmth, efficiency, and a commitment to exemplary guest service.
Responsibilities
Greet guests upon arrival with personal recognition.
Review daily arrival lists and prepare welcome amenities.
Escort VIPs to rooms and handle pre‑arrival check‑in.
Answer the telephone within three rings and transfer as necessary.
Handle cash handling duties: count cash at shift start and end, ensure drops are accurate, and report discrepancies.
Maintain a clean, organized front‑desk area.
Assist with lobby activation as needed.
Protect guest PPI data using proper procedures.
Follow check‑in/check‑out checklists, obtaining ID and payment at arrival.
Respond promptly to guest needs and inquiries.
Perform additional duties to meet business objectives.
Education & Experience
Minimum one (1) year in front‑desk operations.
In‑depth knowledge of hotel front‑desk operations.
Minimum high school diploma.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Basic computer skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to exceed guest and team expectations.
Strong time‑management skills.
Application will include phone interview, manager interview, drug screen, background check, reference checks, and possible assessment.
