Job Title: Solar laborer Job Description Join our team as a Solar Installation Technician where you will gain valuable experience working on a solar roof top. This role involves physical labor such as moving materials off the roof and uninstalling a solar installation. This is a short term project. You will primarily be responsible for lifting heavy items and supporting the removal process.
Responsibilities
Remove solar panels from the roof
Use hand and power tools to uninstall panels, bolts, and racking
Repeatedly lift heavy materials throughout the day
Essential Skills
Experience with solar installations
Physical ability to hold and lift solar modules.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Certification in fall protection training.
Experience in trenching and carport installations.
PPE compliance and understanding of safety protocols.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 – $32.00/hr.
