Overview Full‑Time, Seasonal. Hourly position with 5 hours of overtime weekly. Expected annual earnings: $60,000‑$65,000. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team! In this role, you will manage and coordinate all food and beverage operations, including budget management, customer satisfaction, menu development, and inventory management. The ideal candidate has a passion for food and beverage, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in a fast‑paced, high‑end establishment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
3+ years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel/resort setting
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage budgets and control costs
Proficient in menu planning and development
Understanding of inventory management and ordering procedures
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
ServSafe certification is a plus
