Shift Managers with previous McDonald’s Management Experience and Opening and/or Closing availability earn up to $19 / hour. Shift Managers with limited availability earn up to $18 / hour. Flexible scheduling will accommodate your schedule and availability.

Requirements
Shift Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring a fast, accurate, friendly customer experience.
Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness.
Perform tasks such as planning shifts, monitoring performance, taking actions to maintain McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager.
May be responsible for meeting targets and helping assigned departments meet their goals.

Qualifications Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Must be 18 years or older. Positive team player with a flexible schedule who enjoys a fast paced McDonald’s environment.
