Description TEKsystems is looking to bring in an operations coordinator to work on the Biomedical Engineering team. BioMed Program Operations Specialist (Clinical Engineering Operations Coordinator) focuses on enabling a consistent, high‑performing equipment service program through intake, dispatch coordination, reporting, inventory integrity, and governance support across biomedical devices and diagnostic imaging maintenance services.

Responsibilities

Operate as a central coordination point for equipment service workflows, supporting the “single access point” intake model for service calls and ensuring accurate routing, tracking, and follow‑through.

Coordinate service dispatch logistics and status tracking in alignment with required coverage expectations (including 24×365 dispatch/coverage models where applicable).

Maintain operational reporting cadence: service volumes, response times, open work order aging, PM completion, downtime trends, parts delays, and escalation events.

Drive timely ad‑hoc reporting and issue tracking to support BioMed leadership decision‑making (including rapid‑turn requests).

Support equipment inventory integrity by coordinating additions/deletions, reconciliations, and documentation standards; assist with physical inventory validation activities when required.

Coordinate recall and alert workflow support (e.g., equipment recall notifications and related documentation readiness for regulatory needs).

Coordinate documentation hygiene: ensuring service records, test documentation, and supporting artefacts are captured, retrievable, and audit‑ready.

Support vendor operational readiness activities (transition coordination, site access planning, stakeholder scheduling, and implementation task tracking).
