Junior Recruiter
to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to build a career in recruitment and talent acquisition. Key Responsibilities
Assist in the full‑cycle recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding) Post job openings on job boards, company website, and social media platforms Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Support senior recruiters in talent acquisition projects and employer branding initiatives Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for future openings Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred) 02 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative support (internship experience welcome) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of ATS software is a plus Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn What We Offer
