Job Description A property management company in New York City is seeking a reliable and organized

Office Assistant

to support daily administrative operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who can handle office coordination, documentation, and communication while supporting the property management team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Provide general administrative support to property managers and office staff

Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist tenants and vendors with inquiries

Maintain organized files, records, and property documentation

Assist with data entry, billing support, and basic accounting tasks

Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with vendors

Prepare and distribute correspondence, notices, and reports

Support lease administration and tenant onboarding documentation

Assist with special projects as needed

Specific Qualifications and/or Requirements

Prior office or administrative experience preferred

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic office systems

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
