Job Description

• Oversee day-to-day operations of food and beverage manufacturing, including mixing, packaging, and filling processes.
• Implement and maintain GMP, HACCP, SQF, FSMA, and FDA compliance standards.
• Optimize OEE, yield, and uptime through effective continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead and mentor a multi-shift production team to achieve operational goals.
• Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, and TPM methodologies to streamline production processes.
• Manage and improve maintenance, sanitation, and changeover processes using tools like CMMS, MES, ERP, SAP, and Oracle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and meet production targets.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and foster a safe working environment.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Production Manager should have:

• Strong background in food and beverage manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in GMP, HACCP, SQF, FSMA, and FDA regulations.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of OEE, MES, ERP systems like SAP or Oracle, and CMMS tools.
• Leadership skills to manage multi-shift teams effectively.
• Commitment to workplace safety and familiarity with OSHA standards.
