Description Reporting to a Senior Project Manager, you will help in the day‑to‑day management of multiple Commercial TI projects from preconstruction through closeout. Responsibilities include coordinating consultants and subcontractors, tracking schedules and budgets, managing RFIs and submittals, and supporting on‑site execution to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Key Requirements
Proven experience supporting Commercial TI projects (office, creative office, retail, or similar)
Project history within Los Angeles and/or Orange County is required
Strong understanding of construction documentation, schedules, and cost controls
Ability to work collaboratively with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams
Proficiency with common construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam)
Profile
Experience in construction project management, particularly tenant improvement (TI) projects.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various project elements effectively.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Knowledge of construction standards, safety regulations, and building codes.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
A proactive and solution‑oriented mindset to address project challenges.
