About the Role
Project Manager at Epic in Madison, WI. The position requires relocation to Madison, WI and includes financial relocation assistance. Epic implements software to save lives. As a Project Manager, you will lead impactful projects, steering software installations and ensuring successful adoption of our solutions in healthcare organizations. Travel across the U.S. (and abroad if desired) is expected as part of a cross‑functional team that guides hospitals from kickoff through go‑live. You will present to hospital leadership, coordinate end‑user training, and provide comprehensive support as providers go live. No software experience is required; you will learn on the job. The role offers autonomy in decision‑making with full support and guidance. Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project plans for software installations across top health systems. Coordinate training sessions and user adoption strategies. Present status, risks, and outcomes to hospital leadership. Travel as needed to meet stakeholders in various healthcare facilities. Drive successful go‑live and post‑deployment support. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or greater (any major). A history of academic and professional success. Willingness to travel 25‑60% of working days, typically 1‑2 trips per month for 2‑4 days. Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship. Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed). COVID‑19 vaccination. Benefits
