$5,000 Sign-on Bonus! Registered Nurse (RN) ClearView Healthcare Management is hiring a Registered Nurse for a full‑time day shift at Mt Pleasant. The role offers a $5,000 sign‑on bonus and a base pay of $31.00–$33.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients.

Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.

Utilize positive communication to make each patient feel informed, understood, and special.

Prepare and administer medications orally, subcutaneously, or via IV, and record administrations.

Report adverse reactions to medications in accordance with policy.

Record patient medical information and vital signs.

Monitor and adjust specialized equipment used on patients and interpret electronic displays.

Initiate corrective action when a patient displays adverse symptomatology.

Provide bedside care for a wide variety of medical patients.

Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs.

Prepare equipment and aid physicians during examinations and treatments.

Respond to life‑saving situations based on nursing standards and protocol.

Participate in discharge planning.

Utilize time‑management skills.

Record all care information concisely, accurately, and completely in a timely manner.

Perform other position‑related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Current RN license in the state.
