We’re looking for Night Team Leaders to join our team at Acacia Hall, Friesthorpe, Lincoln.
As a Night Team Leader, you’ll play a vital role in supporting children with severe learning disabilities and complex needs to live independent, fulfilling lives. Your role will include;
Support with day-to-day living and personal goals.
Build positive, respectful relationships that promote dignity and wellbeing.
Work closely with colleagues to safeguard and empower the people we support.
Lead your team during night shifts.
Pay & Progression
We offer clear progression through our competency framework, helping you develop your skills and increase your pay as you grow; Level 1: £14.24 Level 2: £15.23 Level 3: £16.30.
