Our client, a leading organization in the chemical manufacturing industry, is seeking a Mechanical Reliability Engineer to join their team. As a Mechanical Reliability Engineer, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting operational excellence and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Design and maintain reliable, safe production systems to optimize manufacturing efficiency.
Identify, develop, and implement innovative solutions to enhance process capability and performance.
Support continuous improvement activities, including kaizen events and process optimization projects.
Investigate process abnormalities and facilitate corrective actions through structured problem‑solving.
Collaborate with shift teams to sustain performance and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
1‑2 years of experience in a technical engineering role, preferably in manufacturing environments.
Experience with process flow diagrams, CAD drawings, and data analysis.
Open to candidates with 3+ years of engineering experience and familiarity with HMI systems such as Wonderware.
Knowledge of thermodynamics or heat transfer principles is advantageous.
