HR Admin Position
Robert Half is looking for an organized and detail-oriented HR Admin to join our team in Spartanburg, South Carolina. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting various human resources functions, from onboarding new employees to assisting various HR programs. Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS) accurately and efficiently.
- Provide support for employee relations initiatives, addressing concerns and fostering positive workplace interactions.
- Administer benefit programs and assist employees with enrollment and queries.
- Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related communications, such as policy updates and announcements.
- Assist in coordinating and scheduling training sessions for staff development.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
- Offer administrative support for recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and managing documentation.
- Analyze and report on HR metrics to aid decision-making and process improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in human resources or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR administration practices and employee relations.
- Familiarity with onboarding processes and benefit program management.
- Proficiency in using HR Information Systems (HRIS) for record-keeping and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees and management.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is preferred.
