Robert Half is looking for an organized and detail-oriented HR Admin to join our team in Spartanburg, South Carolina. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting various human resources functions, from onboarding new employees to assisting various HR programs. Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS) accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide support for employee relations initiatives, addressing concerns and fostering positive workplace interactions.
  • Administer benefit programs and assist employees with enrollment and queries.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and distribute HR-related communications, such as policy updates and announcements.
  • Assist in coordinating and scheduling training sessions for staff development.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
  • Offer administrative support for recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and managing documentation.
  • Analyze and report on HR metrics to aid decision-making and process improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR administration practices and employee relations.
  • Familiarity with onboarding processes and benefit program management.
  • Proficiency in using HR Information Systems (HRIS) for record-keeping and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees and management.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is preferred.
