The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Location New York, NY 10172
Pay Range $45-50hr
What's the Job?
Provide guidance and explanations on migration procedures and how to use the new system
Respond to customer inquiries related to the migration process via phone and email
Update customer-facing materials such as migration guides, FAQs, and support documentation
Track customer migration progress and conduct follow-ups to ensure smooth transitions
Escalate technical issues or concerns to internal teams and coordinate resolutions
What's Needed?
Ability to communicate effectively in both Japanese and English (mandatory)
Strong common sense and general communication skills (mandatory)
Ability to respond flexibly to changing situations (mandatory)
Experience in banking (if possible)
Experience in customer support (if possible)
