Warehouse Forklift Operator 1st Shift
Ryder Supply Chain Solutions is hiring Reach Truck Forklift Operators in Bolingbrook, Illinois.
Position Summary First Shift Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 2:30 pm. Pay: $20.00 per hour. Weekly payment schedule.
Warehouse responsibilities include handling Engine and HVAC parts using Stand‑up Reach Truck, sit‑down forklift, cherry/order picker, walkie rider.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Minimum 1 year related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
Valid Forklift Operator's License
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Team player in a diverse work environment
Professional relationships with peers, supervisors, customers
Highly thorough and dependable
Punctual with good attendance record
Performs work independently with minimal supervision
High initiative
High accuracy under pressure
Can lift or push/pull up to 35 lbs
Can stand for long periods
Follows health and safety methods
Flexible schedule, willing to work various shifts
Detail‑oriented with excellent follow‑up
Responsibilities
Perform warehousing functions: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, cycle counting.
Operate within performance measurement guidelines of the contract.
Accurate picking, packing, auditing, tote induction, staging; loading and unloading trucks.
Handle daily paperwork: picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.
Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hour.
Perform other duties as assigned.
