Ryder System, Inc. is hiring Reach Truck Forklift Operators for the first shift at our Bolingbrook, Illinois facility.
Position Description We need a reliable Warehouse Forklift Operator to perform critical warehouse operations and support our distribution network.
Job Details
Location: Bolingbrook, IL (60440)
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: First Shift Monday – Friday 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Employment Type: Regular Full‑time
Travel Requirements: 0–10%

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
One year or more warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
Valid Forklift Operator’s License.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as a team member.
Team player with ability to work in a diverse work environment.
Highly thorough and dependable.
Punctual with a good attendance record.
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 35 pounds.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Commitment to health and safety methods.
Available for flexible schedule across shift rotations.
Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices.
Capable of performing work with minimal supervision and high accuracy, even under pressure.
Responsibilities
Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
Ensure accurate picking, packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products, loading, and unloading of trucks.
Maintain day‑to‑day paperwork such as picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.
Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core production shift hours.
Adhere to performance measurement guidelines set by the contract.
Perform other duties as assigned.
