Branch Address: 1908 West Avenue H, Temple, TX

Role Summary As a Branch Office Administrator, you’ll be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our clients and financial advisors. You will handle administrative tasks, keep client records accurate, and support the advisor’s business plan.

Role Requirements
Client Service: Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions. Resolve inquiries and issues, ensuring an outstanding experience and building strong relationships.
Account Management: Learn and understand the financial services industry. Handle account opening, transfers, and other requests under the financial advisor’s direction. Process transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records.
Administrative & Operational Support: Work independently with the financial advisor’s direction. Schedule appointments, prepare client meeting materials, manage correspondence, and support marketing initiatives. Streamline processes by updating SOPs and executing the branch business plan strategically.
Technology: Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new technology and programs such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office products.
