About Our Agency Our agency opened in 2005 and currently has a team of four. Before becoming an agent, I worked in Operations and Public Affairs for State Farm. When an agent from my hometown retired, I had the opportunity to take over the agency, allowing me to continue serving the community I care so much about.

I’m a proud graduate of ULM, where I earned both my undergraduate and master’s degrees. I’m married with two daughters and a two-year-old grandson who keeps us smiling. Our team loves being part of the community and frequently participates in local events, like trunk‑or‑treats and other neighborhood gatherings.

Role Description As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Laurinda Crenshaw - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
