Job Description Serves as initial contact for HSC Student Union information desk and HSC Student Affairs administrative office. Assists with set-up and tear down of events, and helps maintain facility.

Duties

Provide a welcoming, inviting atmosphere while performing front desk assistance.

Greet guests of the HSC Student Affairs office, answer multi-line phone, assist with questions, data entry, etc.

Maintain confidentiality when assisting clients for Student Counseling Services.

Assist with a variety of tasks in the HSC Student Union and HSC Student Affairs office, including monitoring the building and helping set up and tear down for functions and events.

Support HSC Student Affairs student programming events.

Job Requirements Required education:

Must be currently enrolled in the current Spring Semester as a student at the University of Oklahoma. Hiring contingent upon verification of current student status.

Must attach Spring 2025 ONE class schedule.

Physical Requirements

Lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 25 pounds

Bending and stooping

Sitting for long periods of time

Walking and occasionally climbing stairs

6-12 months of customer service experience
